Republicans renewed their calls to delay or repeal ObamaCare Monday after the Obama administration announced another delay in the requirement for businesses to provide health coverage to workers, giving some employers a reprieve next year while phasing in the mandate for others.
The administration had already delayed the implementation of the so-called employer mandate by a year, initially pushing the requirements off until 2015 -- past the midterm elections. In a concession to business, though, Treasury Department officials announced Monday that the administration would not enforce the rules across the board next year.

How can laws be selectively enforced? What if they happen to change their mind? This is horrific for a republic.
Ted Cruz was right. Obama is doing what Sen. Cruz wanted to do way back in September, because Cruz was intelligent enough to know that this Pelosi/Reid turkey wouldn’t fly. For that, John Anus McCain called Cruz a “wacko bird.” Shame on you, Arizona.
McCain needs to be retired.
Which republicans called/criticized 0bummercare and 0bummer...for those of us who have no cable.
Every law enacted by the Democrats is selectively enforced. The Democrats enact laws in order to go after their political enemies and further their agenda. They enforce violations and perceived violations against their political enemies and ignore violations of those of like persuasion to themselves. Hate crime laws and campaign finance laws are two examples of this and to a certain extent so are gun control laws.
To paraphrase a Tea Party leader——the Dems are “weaponizing” govt.
As Judge Napolitano told Megyn Kelly-—the despot Obama “creates” laws-—such as businesses who respond to the IRS WRT employment practices—could be charged w/ perjury
-——while phasing in the mandate for others——
I try, but I’ve lost track of what’s left.
Is there any one left that has not had the implementation of the law delayed? Outside those already or formerly not insured, are there any employees with insurance still required to comply this year?
Is the law not effectively gone?
The list is too long to bring you up to speed
Picking and choosing which laws to enforce when, and to what extent... Yeah, it’s official, we are a banana republic run by a tin-pot wanna-be.
It's so obvious they should do this, or something similar. The only explanation is that a good number of them have been bought and paid for by the insurance companies.
And, oh yea, why isn't the HOR removing all Obamacare funding from budget bills before passing them?
Who should I be most disgusted with? The guy I know is trying to destroy the US as we know it, or the "opposition" that refuses to present a solid front right now and stop him while he's vulnerable
“it is a tale Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing.”
1. The GOP INVENTED RomneyCARE/ObamaCARE.
2. The GOP Leaders are EXEMPT, like their staff,
their families and their mistresses.
That is how America got into this mess.
Not going to change with these EXEMPT weasels.
Yeah! Don’t kid yourself. Ted Cruz smoked the Republicans out and made them show their true colors. The Republican Party wants obamacare as much as the Democrat Party does.

Ain’t anarchy fun?
Not applying the law as written is reason for Impeachment. How many other laws have Obama and Holder refused to enforce as written? Let’s get those bums out of office. Start Impeachment proceedings now!!!
