Brian Terry’s murder was entirely preventable. The incompetence of the DEA and FBI let his Border Patrol unit walk into an ambush.

Personally I wouldn’t use the word incompetence. Negligent homicide (if not murder charges) ought to be brought against the ATF, DEA and FBI agents in charge of these ops that lead to Brian Terry’s and Jaime Zapata’s deaths and Holder is now complicit in actively assisting these crimes.
