We all miss the point. Obama 'relieved' employers of the burden of providing obamacare for those who employ between 50 and 99. All they have to do is sign a statement under penalty of perjury if they fire people because of obamacare. That means they must conform to the dictates of the IRS (U.S.Government) in all hiring and firing practices OR risk going to prison for 5 years under penalty of perjury.

The language they used was they have too offer a true ali bye, meaning under penalty of perjury.
