This is a setup.
He resigns, Ginsberg retires, Obama puts Holder on the Supreme Court.
60 votes no longer needed to approve.

Could be, although I don’t see why he would resign before being confirmed. Heck, with this crowd why resign at all? He could sit on the court and remain AG. Who’s gonna stop him?

They should be impeaching him right now. I’m afraid you may be more correct than you know.

Holders corruption is a negative for being on the Court.

Trading him for Ginsburg is a wash tho. Assuming she’s going to leave before Obamas term is out.

However, there’s a really big positive in getting to watch Scalia, Alito and Thomas (esp Thomas) kick his a&& all over the place in decisions.

My fear is that Scalia and/or Kennedy will die before there’s a Republican in the White House again (actually this is quite likely). At that point it truly is “Game Over.”

You're wrong.

On Thursday, the Senate voted 52-48 to abolish the filibuster for nominations to all federal offices except the Supreme Court.

This is a setup.

Of course it is...NEVER forget the Marxist axiom

"The ends justify the means"

This has been the the MO of this lawless administration from day one...

Not sure if your suggestion that Obama puts Holder on the SCOTUS is viable even for democrats...there is a LOT of baggage there...

But certainly, there is an agenda here...there always is...

...........hmmmmmmmmm............good point!

........but then, a super pub majority in Congress is able to get him indicted and convicted..............

Obama is in now in Leavenworth and can’t pardon him.

A better scenario is Obama pardon’s him sorta like Ford did Nixon. Meaning, Ford just stepped in and STOPPED all consideration of anybody on going after Nixon for Anything. If I were Holder, that would mean more to me than a Supreme Court post.
