I firmly believe Hillary won’t run. She is the darling of the strong liberals and socialists. She can do no wrong and is their female hero.

But she is not a friend to the fence post sitting brainless middle and she is poison to the right.

IOW, she is the left’s Sara Palin and as about as much chance in 2016 as Sara.

But she is older and her 15 minutes are up. And she has baggage that is just waiting to be opened and disected by an increasingly independent press.

She is toast, politically. And she knows it.

Picture Hillary in Jan 2025 retiring after term 2, LOL.
She’ll make Franklin Roosevelt look like a tri-athlon winner.

My take too. This photo is the final nail in her political coffin:

Her career as an elected politician is over. And she knows it.

At that point, I’d wish they could tell him, “we don’t want you.” But I guess you need an extra card to play in case they have to cart one of the old guys off for health reasons as happens so often.

We can only hope. I know I will have a hard time pulling the Republican lever even with Palin at the top of the ticket.

“No one was as she steamed toward the 2008 nomination, until some upstart 2-year Senator announced. And the rest is history.”

True, but there were strange Obama rumblings well before the 2008 election. He literally seemed to come out of nowhere after his apparently impressive speech at the 2004 Democrat convention (I think that was the year). It was almost as though certain key people were grooming him for the presidential run well before 2008.

I think your implication is also correct. There are people in the Democrat party who clearly dislike Hillary Clinton—maybe the Clintons in general.

Plan B - Joe Biden. But Joe being Joe, even the Democrats don’t trust him very much, and Elizabeth Warren, Fauxcahontas, just does not have the gravitas of Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless.

So going to the second string (which in any other venue would be fourth or fifth string), Governors Andrew Cuomo of New York or Jerry Brown of California (both big on this dynasty/retread thing), or any of a number of midlevel Congressional and Senate Democrats might be very dark-horse favorites. Harry Reid, not so much. The Commissioner has risen as far as he can, given the circumstances. Not all of America is a crime syndicate. Yet.

And of course, there is Jean-Francois Kerre`, who, as you know, served in Viet Nam. He has proven himself so well as Secretary of State, it would be difficult to deny him if Herself should fail.

White females will be the swing voting bloc in 2016, just as they were in 2008 and 2012.

actually the pivotal demographic was single white mothers that overwhelmingly voted for the democRATS. they were more than willing to be convinced by the marxist-statists that the federal govt. could be their "husband" and take care of them.

I predicted it here 2 months ago. Wait for it. Pocahontas Warren is going to run and pull a ‘Barry’ on her. You will all be kneeling at my feet,…and rightly so.

Why would she want that? VP spot has no real power she can wield.

What? Anyone who wants to run for president as a democrat only needs to read a copy of Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals.” Or listen to it as an audio book.

I should have labeled it ‘sarc’...I didn’t think anyone would take that seriously.

Biden may feel up to it. Maybe Kerry will take another run as well.
Look for Bob Casey from PA to be a VP pick.

One sign of sure national decline is when the Caesars get increasingly degenerate, despotic, and corrupt and the people only want free bread and circuses.

Are we there yet, Claire?

Oh please National Puke Radio, you lefties know she’s running but don’t be in such a rush to give her the nomination yet. Remember the last time she ran it didn’t end so well, did it? I also believe the powers that be at the DNC aren’t all jumping for joy at the prospect of eight more years of the Clintons.

I think that the Dems will definitely run an affirmative action candidate this year, but with all the pro gay noise they have been pushing, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a gay candidate and the Dem Aristocracy pulls another 'Obama' on Hillary.

I think there are dems that really hate the Clintons, and want to make them pay for welfare reform. The Dem Elite have always saw the Clintons as southern rednecks, anyhoo, and it irked them no end when Bill won the White House.

Hillary will run. The organization is in place and the funding is pouring in. Hillary has taken over the media three years out. It will be a coronation, not an election. History will be made once again with our first women President following our first black President.
