Here is a motivated, educated person - and he STILL can’t get insurance. Why would any healthy person be bothered with this? What person working full time would be able to even try?
Why would anyone want to expose their financial information to a corrupted website, that alone should discourage anyone from trying to get insurance via Obamacare. Find a reasonable policy directly from an approved insurance company....unless you are a masochist.
