Documents show that on Dec. 14, 2010, Terry's team was on a hill above a ravine. A ground sensor went off alerting them to the approaching smugglers. When agents yelled "police" in Spanish, the smugglers turned and fired. According to the documents, this happened at 11:08 p.m. Just 52 minutes later, Terry would have been relieved by a second BORTAC team and gone home for Christmas.
"I saw some members of the group point their weapons at us," Agent Gabriel Fragoza declared to the court. "Agent Castano and I deployed less lethal bean bag rounds as the individuals began to shoot at us. I saw muzzle flashes coming from the individuals, then heard Agent Terry say 'I'm hit! I'm hit! I can't feel my legs'."

In the USA the surest way to get shot is to point a gun anywhere near a cop. But Border Patrol agents respond with beanie bag guns??? Is this the Onion?
Anyone supporting Open Borders and Illegal Alien Amnesty has the blood of Brian Terry on their hands
Nope. This is SOP as dictated by Barak Hussein Obama and his Department of Justice, run by Eric “The Red” Holder.
The Onion couldn’t possibly make up crap this odious.
R.I.P. Brian Terry. Condolences to your family and to your friends.
TREASON - continuous, in-your-face, agency-abetted, agenda-driven, ongoing...
Thanks for posting, ColdOne. Thanks to William La Jeunesse & Laura Prabucki Thread BUMP!
TREASON is exactly what this is.
To call it anything else is to be willfully stupid.
BP using bean bag rounds was brought to you by groups like La Raza and open border supporters whining that the mean BP might harm a hard working, just struggling to get a better life “undocumented immigrant” on their way here to mow grass. People who support open borders have no shame that
BP comes up against armed smugglers with bean bag rounds.
That needs to change. “Undocumented immigrants,” whatever that means, don’t carry AK’s.
One should not take a bean bag gun to a gunfight. Apparently the leadership of the Border Patrol gave up thinking some time back. There is no room for bean bag guns in the defense of America’s borders.
SOP for Bush was to tell BP to stand down. The end result was that the border was still being overrun.
Remember, the only 'us vs. them' that matters is the US Govt. vs. the citizens.
It's not a GOP or Democrat thing. It's a US Govt. thing.
Read a few more of my posts and you will see that we are not far apart in this thinking.
My complete and total loyalty resides in our Constitution as laid out by our Founding Fathers. Anything that doesn’t promote that is crap.
Supporters of open borders want people to believe (and thanks to the MSM many actually do) that everyone that crosses the border illegally is just good hard working people looking for a better life.
This is all the GOPe needed for impeachment. But...
It's not a GOP or Democrat thing. It's a US Govt. thing.
Really? How does that work when it was the Republican Party who nominated and selected Bush, who was already head of the government, to run as their POTUS again?
The 2004 Republican presidential primaries were the selection process by which voters of the Republican Party chose its nominee for President of the United States in the 2004 U.S. presidential election. Incumbent President George W. Bush was again selected as the nominee. The GOP's kingpin and head of the government was already heading the government at the time.
During 8 years of Bush he nearly made citizenship all but pointless. No?
Of course it's a political party thing, as the party nominates, financially backs and supports their man even after he's elected.
Remember, the only 'us vs. them' that matters is the US Govt. vs. the citizens.
To be clear, Bush would have never been able to tell the BP to stand down resulting overrun borders as you mentioned, if the GOP never choose, nominated and supported him. Having the right leader is critical in regards to policies and the direction of a country.
But he really looked cool posing for pics in BP dune buggies.
Bush ordered the BP to stand down during his first term, not his second. Duh!
In fact, his first term was the most damaging, in terms of the policies he implemented. It was these policies that ultimately crippled the real estate industry.

On this point, we agree. But, he enacted the policies that did this during his first term, not his second.

True. But it is the voters who provide the popular backing because they believe the hype put out by the political parties.

I couldn't agree more. But, had the voters paid attention to the policies he implemented during his first term, I sincerely doubt they would have voted for him during his second.
Instead, the voters allow themselves to be duped by the 'us vs. them' put forward by the political parties when the truth is that there isn't a whit of difference between the two. Anyone who believes there is, is a stooge.
Case in point. For whom did you vote in 2000 and 2004?
I knew that Bush was bad news, so I did not cast my vote for him. And, no, I didn't vote for the Democrap candidate, either.
And, riding around his 'ranch' in Crawford.
GW Bush is the very definition of all hat and no cattle.
But folks around these parts lapped up.
“” I couldn’t agree more. “”
I kinda figured that.
