Holder is a black communists criminal. Only way to possible dump him is to get the Senate, keep the House, and impeach. This method will not allow King Obama to veto unless this dictator changes the law.
To: Kaslin
There is a lonnnng line of Bolsheviks who are in line to replace him.

Never happen, we have been taken over by a band of thugs. The rule of law only exists for those who oppose the dictators. Third world are we!

The Attorney General of the U.S.,
under a GOP administration, would have immediately resigned after being found in contempt of Congress.
This would have been demanded 24/7 by Congressional Democrats, the Press and even the POTUS himself.
0bama ... Holder ... nah, they get a pass. The DNC-run media is complicit. And the Congressional GOP is AWOL.
To: Kaslin
So Holder is a crook? So is practically every member of the Obama regime including his highness King Barack. King Barack would simply appoint another crook, probably worse than Holder. If that’s possible.

The whole purpose behind the Constitutional form of government was to have WRITTEN law that all must follow and none may violate. England had an unwritten constitution that allowed way too much leeway for monarchs and other miscreants.
and now we find ourself returning to discretionary government. Not good.

For the sake of our Constitution, Obama and his entire administration must go. That includes Holder.

“equal justice under the law...”
is inscribed on the US Supreme Court Building.
That’s what we need in the office of Attorney General, too

Yeah well . . . another addition to my “wishful thinking” list.

"I sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee encouraging a swift and positive confirmation." Thanks Bob! We knew Holder was into Black Liberation Theology and a supported of terrorists before his nomination. His actions have been completely in-character with his leftist ideology.

Holder has been CONVICTED of contempt of Congress.
He is now fully engaged in obstruction of justice.
Resign??
He should be in PRISON.

Holder should have been barred from public office, when he handed over Elian Gonzalez to be returned to Cuba, while Janet Reno was incompetent AG.

When President Barack Obama nominated Eric Holder to serve as our countrys 82nd Attorney General shortly after the 2008 election, I sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee encouraging a swift and positive confirmation. Bob Barr must be an idiot. There was MORE than enough evidence available prior to his appointment and confirmation for any intelligent person to know EXACTLY what Eric Holder is.

So, according to Bob Barr, if you are a crooked lawyer working for Janet Reno's DoJ, and orchestrate one of the worse abuses in the Clinton administration (Pardon of Marc Rich), that can be made up for if Bob likes your work in the private sector?
That's a pretty low threshold you have, Mr. Barr. Low indeed.
