They represent people who hold a job primarily for the healthcare benefits provided by their employer, and might choose not to work it they could get coverage some other way.

These are people who hold jobs to take care of themselves, but would rather have other people hold jobs to pay for their care. Only a liberal would think that type of change is a good thing; I've never understood those who admire parasites or who aspire to that status.
