Some lower-income workers will cut back on their hours or stop working altogether to assure they get the largest subsidies most of other peoples' money under Obamacare, which go to those with the lowest incomes.

Fixed.

In that regard, Obamacare does create the kind of perverse incentive—giving people a reason not to work—that upsets a lot of taxpayers.

Yes it does. I want my money spent on our defense, veterans, and maybe to match foreign incentives to keep jobs here, not so someone else can choose to work part time at my expense.

I've never understood those who admire parasites or who aspire to that status.

Me neither, but one thing I'll remember about the Obama years will be feeling stupid for working and paying my bills.

Nonsense.

How can the CBO compute the numbers of what they anticipate employers reaction to the PPACA will be? There are no current numbers available to develop statistical trending. There are no numbers for the impact upon larger corporations, since that's been illegally delayed until after the 2014 election. How is that statistical trend developed? Since when is EMPLOYEE CHOICES to instead not work a measureable set of numbers? Since when does EMPLOYEE CHOICES dictate to employers whether a position exists or not?

I guess they mean that people who are productive will then decide to sit home and collect a government subsidy, great, then where does that money come from to pay them with the debt at 17 trillion and growing?

This IS just like Denmark. One thing extraordinary about the US work force was its work ethic. That is CHANGING, not for the better.
