Isn’t that circumventing the Constitution? Did Shelia break the law with the assertion she never intends to ‘vote’ on a bill within Congress, but rather craft Executive Orders?
I don’t know but we’ve certainly seen much circumvention of the Constitution from 0bammie so I doubt anyone would call her or her fellow idiots on this.
