“.. was called a survey when mine were in school”.

What has happened now is most schools HAVE to require parental notification and permission before any “survey” is done. Sounds to me like this school got around the parental notification/permission by playing a “game”.

On the contrary, most parents unknowingly authorized the activity because they were too damn lazy to do a little research about the drug prevention education program chosen by the school.

My school district uses the above program. The overview that the school sends home sounds oh-so-benign. When you look at the actual lessons, you realize what it is. 300 students - mine was the only child opted out. Lazy parents.
