Finally, someone who tells the truth.

Now watch the IRS and other Obama thugs descend on this doctor and try to destroy her.

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another to live for mine.

Follow the link to the text of the letter and read her blog. This woman is inspiring and I pray she’s not alone. This law needs to go down in flames with the Democrats wrapped around it’s neck.

This is really an extension of EMTLA. Now involuntary servitude is required on a non-urgent basis. And just think, if she makes any coding errors or doesn’t follow a regulation that she unknowingly hasn’t agreed to, she is guilty of fraud.
We really do have criminal government.

She wrote about being called a "provider" instead of a doctor. "Provider" just sounds impersonal. It must be the current communist lingo for doctor. A doctor is a special individual who sees a patient as a real person and I think that the government resents this sort of relationship because it interferes with the level of control that the government has over the individual. In a free country, a doctor will always be referred to as "doctor" or "physician." There's a very good tv show that's been popular for decades and it's not called "Provider Who."

Kudos to Dr. Held for her courage in writing her letter to Aetna to inform them that she was voiding her contractual relationship with them because of unilateral changes in their agreement forced on Aetna by Obamacare.

I don't know the specifics of the changes, but it's a good bet that Aetna was going to unilaterally increase the number of their patients referred to her practice and/or reduce their reimbursements to her for her care, both of which are understandable reasons for her termination of the agreement.

In a socialist state, the government owns all labor.

Right now they’re taking the doctors.

They will eventually come for the rest of us.

Figured out a new way to royally tick off Libs/Progs the other day.

Couple of them got into with me on a mutual friend's FB page. Basically told me to sit down, shut up and just let the government to do my thinking for me.

I responded by posting this

They really HATE it when you flip Les Mis around on them >;-)

She’s absolutely 100% correct on the involuntary servitude part, but further it’s also a violation of long-standing contract law.

Unfortunately, the 49% take glee in the “rich” doctor having it stuck to her. Even to their own detriment. After all, she did not build that, somebody else made that happen for her.

‘...describing President Obama’s “signature” legislative achievement...’

Thats completely false. ACA was wholly conceived and enacted by the democrat party and a sympathetic press. Barry had little to do with it other than to affix his signature. Lets be correct and give credit where credit is due.
