Nothing will ease the way for the Keystone XL Pipeline until the Current Occupant of the Oval Orifice leaves office. This is like the Tehran hostage situation when Jimmy Carter was President, nothing could be done until Reagan was about ready to enter the White House, then the Iranians could not release the 52 prisoners quickly enough.
The Keystone XL pipeline is being held hostage in much the same way,
It will not be approved until after the election..if ever... while Obama is there..
Americans once again held hostage due to an ineffectual democrat.
