sick. and sad.
SHAME!
So I suppose the Ephesians 6 warrior preparing for spiritual warfare is out.
More Political Correctness....and Jesus wept..............
Maybe they should switch it to Dhimi’s.
Cowards
times change context changes..
huh?
This from a Christian school administrator?
OH Boy.
I supposed teams using weinie whackers and muzzie maulers will be asked to change now too.
Going forward, the teams will take the field as the Maranatha Baptist “Crazed Jihadi”
Meanwhile, can anyone name ONE SINGLE change that Islamic institutions have made anywhere in the world to accommodate the new “global society”?
How many new churches have been build in Mecca?
How many non-Muslims have been allowed to visit Mecca in the past year?
How many Bibles have been permitted in Saudi Arabia this year?
Well, Infidels is a good substitute....................
I think that the team name should be changed from “The Crusaders” to either “The Dimmies” or “The Calf Ears.”
THe Crusaders saved Christianity for the west. It’s a name they should be proud of.
“The heartbeat behind this was not political correctness ...”
Gee, why would anyone possibly think that?!?! I’m shocked by the very suggestion!!!
Watertown ping
FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this wisconsin interest ping list.
I’m all for keeping history alive, but other than the professional grievance lobby, who gives a second thought to these names? I hear Crusaders and don’t immediately flash to war throughout the Holy Land. It’s just a name. The way they carry on, you’d think Maranatha Baptist University’s mascot rides into athletic events on a white horse wearing the cross of St. George and dragging a muslim corpse behind it.
Having volunteered at St Philomena in Carson and having met and spoken with them, I don’t think the Carmelite nuns that run the school plan on changing their “Crusader” name anytime soon.

My daughter graduated from a Christian university. They are still the Crusaders.
Their new nickname is: WUSSES
