Gotta keep busy on those civil service jobs, otherwise the taxpayers might complain about how lazy govt workers are... (those cranky loudmouth taxpayers never realized how lucky they were when the govt workers were just sitting on their asses watching porno videos on the internet all day... the taxpayers complained and now they get THIS!
