Having worked with and for women, I would say we would be miles and light-years ahead if we just paid them whatever they want to go away and stay home.
As a woman I do find your comment to be extremely sexist, however I learned at a very young age I preferred to work for men over women - even the overbearing sexists who treated all women in the work place as the coffee getter - until they were proven wrong :-)
I worked for a woman once, for about a year, until she left to make someone else’s life miserable. She was one of about three people in my entire life I ever really considered murdering.
