How about a Sabot round....that would send them packing.
Hollow points with curare sealed with wax.
Sabots also insulate the bullets from the rifling in the barrel. I love them but the cops hate them. There are no rifling marks on the fired bullets so they can not be associated with any one barrel or firearm.
