Actually, Bush brought the Obama family to the White House in December immediately after the election. The TARP Trap was the political point, e.g., Barry wanted the TARP approved now; the Republicans wanted to stop other Agenda areas dead with TARP such as Climate treaties/laws and other areas the president could have enacted. Obama was classless and childish, bad mouthing Bush almost before Mid-night. Bush actually gave the Democrats what they wanted in TARP but the consequences are that even printing money could not leave enough for other Transformative policies which required money; thuse the Democrats Blame Bush.
