Well, you have one thing going in your favor...vitamin D is pretty harmless in moderate quantities. It is not like vitamin A, which when overdosed can kill your liver because it accumulates in our body. Vitamin C is the least dangerous because it is water soluble.
I am utterly convinced, regular moderate exercise benefits the body more than any food or chemicals. When I worked full time and had little time to exercise, I would get chest pains after enjoying a good meal in a restaurant. Now, no pain, no rapid heartbeat, no more irregular heartbeat.

Here is one for the record. I have MS and in the last 5 years had 3 bad relapses. Hospitalization was required. Treated with high doses of steroids to get back to any semblance of normality.
They put me on beta Interferon but I can not give myself shots and have no one to give me the shots. Anyway, it is also about $6000 a month.
Anyway on research I read D3 had some claims of great results for MS sufferers. I started taking 1000 IU once a day.
Have not taken the beta shots since 2010 and have had no worsening of symptoms since 2010. No relapses like the three I had between 2007 and 2010. I know I will never be cured of MS. It is like cancer and worth too much money to the health care industry; hospitals, doctors, pharma, and the companies that make MRI's.
All three times I was in the bills were over $35K for 4 days. Then the followup with doctors etc. With O care I do not look forward to another relapse as it will only put me on the death panel list.
O care will not want to cover me for to many more $35K relapses. It is why I nearly cried the day o care was passed. So on with the 1000 IU gell caps for life if necessary.
