The seed of cancer is implanted is what he means. It may not perform like they intended but it will do enough damage to destroy what is in place so that it could never revert back.
I haven’t seen any well-thought out plan for what it would take to roll it back (while replacing it with something more workable). Surely, it can be done.
Going back to “business as usual” is NOT going to cut it, though. We were clearly on an unsustainable path BEFORE Obamacare.
