Back when I was young and had a very sensitive nose, I could smell that stuff everywhere. I remember walking around a residential area of North Little Rock, AR and remarking how strong it smelled. Probably the people living there never even noticed it but I sure did.
That was just wafting over the river from downtown LR at the Capitol Building;)
