New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is trying to run the conservative activist group Project Veritas out of the state, its founder James O'Keefe believes.
"We got a subpoena over the last week from the Board of Labor and they're asking for every single financial transaction over the last three years," O'Keefe told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"I'll be happy to cooperate but there's some funny business going on, especially when there's so much corruption in the state of New York and they're going after my organization and compelling me to give them every transaction.
"I'll comply but I'm getting really tired of it and frankly I think I'm going to follow Sean Hannity's lead and I think I'm going to leave New York, at least for the time being go back to [New] Jersey."

This is brazen, and it will work. Just as it worked in the public schools.
NY is a big electoral state. The communists are so comfortable now, they can attack conservatives without any fear of backlash. None. What’s more, the communists are pretty sure conservatives who have the means, will relocate. This turns New York deep, deep blue for as long as there are elections, (probably not that much longer).
You ask for information from them and you have to bend over and spend whatever it takes.

New York is a leftist fiefdom. Lord Andrew hates the idea of opposing viewpoints like all good lefties. If we surrender every time to the lefties we won’t have any free states left.

We should know from the IRS scandal that they don't care about Veritas' financials. They are interested in who is on the other side of those transactions, so they can go after them, too.
If they can't shut down O'Keefe, they can try to make him a pariah by scaring the crap out of anyone he tries to do business with.
I'd say to him: don't comply. Get a lawyer and stall. It's a fishing expedition to try to discover his support network, so they can take that down to undermine him.

The libs sure are freaking out quite a bit these days over people they fell are opposing them. Cuomo tell conservatives they have no place in NY. He then attacks O’Keefe. Schumer is attacking the Tea Party. The fed go after D’Souza. Looks like the libs see the writing on the wall that they are about to get their asses handed to them in the next election.
I actually agree with Cuomo! Forcibly relocate Conservatives to more friendly environs.
At the same time, get rid of all Liberals in the South. We warned them that the separation was coming. Here it is.
