So, now, is he the next to be destroyed?

Not my first choice, but a helluva lot better than Christie, and *maybe* “clean” enough to run the media gauntlet without blowing up.

Cruz/RandPaul is unbeatable if the globalsts back stabbing RINOs don’t hold them back.

Who ever the GOP Establishment is against then I am for. I don’t care how much they disagree with me on certain issues. If we don’t change the course chartered by the Washington D.C. Insider Establishment we are all finished.

Thank you for referencing that article mandaladon.

But unless Rand Paul can convince his wife that he should run for president, I question the significance that Paul is frontrunner at this point in time.

Don't laugh. He has built-in advantages in Iowa and New Hampshire

What a surprise.

I’m not voting for anyone who is pro-amnesty. Period.

Paul is pro-Amnesty, and pro-Open Borders...that is an immediate no go. He is also supporting McConnell over Bevin in the primary...another no go

He also give conflicted statements often to the media. I believe he is a lot like his dad, but tries to keep it covered so to get elected and reelected

Instead of Paul who TALKS conservative....prefer someone who IS conservative

The Atlantic is one "Eastern Establishment" publication which at least sometimes deigns to treat conservative positions with respect. Still, you could almost see the author of this piece cringe at the prospect of Rand Paul being the Republican presidential nominee in 2016. The very first two words of the column ("Don't laugh") are a clue.

In fact, if the author would venture out of The Atlantic's territory (Boston is its ancestral home; its readership is heavy in New York and Washington), perhaps he would not be so bemused (and, one suspects, though he doesn't really say it, horrified) by Senator Paul's appeal.

Bienart is a lefty doosh.

They’re just trying to shape the battle field by selecting the GOP candidate like they did the last two cycles.

Don’t know that it’ll work this time.

Rand Paul must endorse REAL conservatives.
In primaries, such as here in Kentucky. His home state.
Matt Bevin, vs. the bully, Mitch McConnell.
Stop endorsing McConnell, Sen. Paul. Don’t want to lose your base, do you?

Don’t laugh …
Too late.

But at least one can try to guess what kind of laugh it was.

Let’s not forget Paul’s inconsistency on immigration.
