I concur.I have heard and read that one theory is there was a buy back from Al Qaeda (sympathizers)of things like STINGER MISSILES that were given them to offset Qaddafi’s air support since there was extreme difficulty in instituting a “no Fly Zone” ( primarily blocked by France).
