Sounds like he is surviving by scavenging (i.e. vandalizing) other peoples’ property. But I’ll concede your point for the moment.
This man deserves a leg up, a good paying job in a booming state like North Dakota.

i lived 1 paycheck away this kind of thing... moved to another area.... granted having 4 kids makes it hard, really hard..
Not quite but close. Unfortunately our tech fixated governor hates blue collar jobs and dirty factories.
Local DNC offices ought to double as soup kitchens and flop houses, because THAT is where they will be needed.
All the people who went out and supported the BS policies and candidates who reduced them and their city to poverty and hopelessness.... will be close to their base.

He goes out and clears the wood from a fallen down house which heats his home and removes the rubble that the bank should have done.
I hope someone gets him a simple barrel stove to use besides that fireplace, that would drastically lower the wood he needs....Go mister you can do it..
I’d donate some firewood to the guy. Its mostly crap willow but its well seasoned and will burn.
We should send this guy a care package for his kids.
