I remember that summer being a rather normal summer. HOWEVER, this past summer was crazy mild/cold.

No one who is even close to being sane would take seriously someone who claims to be able to measure the average temperature of the entire Earth over a twelve month period to an accuracy of 1/100 of one degree. The idea of such accuracy is in and of itself evidence of madness.

I always ask a global warming disciple: Is it colder at night? Why is that?
It takes some real gall to totally ignore the climatic effects of a gigantic fireball that you can witness with your own eyes for about half of a normal day.
1. Proof of chain-of-custody of all numbers from each sensor to presented documents.
2. Proof of chain-of-custody of all sensor calibration documents.
3. Proof of infallable integrity of all sensors readers as not holding any political agenda.
4. Proof every sensor is properly positioned in geography away from affecting manmade or natural structures. Chain of custody of those documents as well.
5. The burden of proof is on the instigator. Until all above documents are presented, all numbers used in all charts, graphs, speadsheets are invalid.

This is like the dénouement in a play and no con scheme is complete without it. It is a sudden crisis or unexpected development by which the sucker is pushed over the last doubt or obstacle and forced to act. Once the hurrah is sprung the victim is clay in the schemer’s hands or there is no game.
(vi)The In-and-In
This is the point in a con game where the conspirator puts some of his money into the deal with that of the victim; first, to remove the last doubt that may tarry in the gull’s mind, and, second, to put the con man in control of the situation after the deal is completed, thus forestalling a squeal. Often the whole game is built up around this feature and just as often it does not figure at all.
In addition, some games require what is called ‘corroboration’, which means what it says. This is important in games where a banker or other shrewd customer is to be the victim.”[4]
