Personally, I think most of the money is on the Upper West Side. People with money want the beauty of the houses in that area not the boring glass boxes of Bonfire of the Vanities. Of course, 5 thru Park are exceptions although Park is deeply boring.

The NY Post article headlined this as bungling or botching the issue.
The townhall.com version implies that this was deliberate, not any kind of error.
Neither source provided any proof that this was deliberate. The NY Post interviewed a couple of people who were inconvenienced by the snow and tried to make it into a bigger issue.
Again, I don’t like DeBlasio, but I don’t see any evidence that this was deliberate or his error, or if there even was any kind of error to begin with.

This one is on a little used country road in Indiana; long past time needing resurfacing, but the snowplow goes down it sometimes TWICE a day!
