I live 25 miles north of Cooperstown. It is a quaint little village in upstate NY, lots of things to see, Hall of Fame, small shops, great restaurants and fine beer. Dont let the Governor scare you away. Upstate NY is not like down state.
No thanks. The pro-deathers can have NY all to themselves.
Five years ago, when my son was a junior at Purdue, his idea of Spring Break was a fathe-son trip to Cooerstown instead of going to Florida to drink beer and chase bikinis. How could I say no? It was definitely off-season and we could go through The Hall at our leisure. I got to tell him about all the guys I saw play. We stopped in Buffalo on the way back to catch a Flyers-Sabres game. It was a great trip.
I am a downstate ultra conservative. I relate mostly with you guys upstate and have spent many days haunting the fields and forests there in search of game. The problem upstate or down is the horrible showing Paladino did. 33%. Though personal freedom is bigger upstate there is way too many welfare moms there as here. And I saw more Obamacare stickers up there than down here.
I am willing to leave NY for America. Andy, son of the sfacheme Mario can buy my house and I will leave. I want half a Mil Andy. Get crackin’ (though not frackin’)
Then stop electing jerks. Or separate out into two states.
