I still think it's time we start operating Q-Ships (essentially merchant vessels with hidden high-powered gun mounts) so if the Somali pirate ship gets too close, they get sprayed with 0.5 inch M2 machine gun and 25 mm Bushmaster gun fire. That will guarantee the pirates won't try again for fear of the little pirate boat being completely shot up in no time flat!

They actually need to take this problem to Somalia’s coast. Bomb the crap out of every building and dock along the coast. Then blow every boat out of the water that leaves it’s shores.
