The leftist media no longer seeks credibility. What they seek, no, what they crave, is relevance. It’s about power, and it’s relevance that matters, not credibility.
The MSM’s value to the movement lies in their ability to help their ideological fellow travelers to maintain failed beliefs.
Imagine having to simultaneously hold the beliefs that capital punishment of criminals is wrong, and that killing a new-born has no moral dimension. It all begins with abortion, but certainly doesn’t end there. The MSM thus serve to fill the psychotropic drug prescription needed for liberals to maintain a belief structure that’s now proved not only to be a failure on many fronts, but borderline psychotic.
We must understand that the process is demand-driven. Liberals who watch the MSM must have constant affirmation that they still occupy the moral high ground, in the face of daily events that tend to refute this as the reality. Liberal consumers of news crave-the MSM delivers the lies needed to maintain psychological equilibrium.

Benghazi can not all be laid out on Hillary's door step. I do not defend her in this but have to include Obama. Where was he during those crucial hours during the attack? Was he stoned out of his mind? That is where my suspicion points.

I hope Greta is VERY CAREFUL with everything she says or does, that her car is carefully checked for potential “flaws”, that she never jogs, etc., etc.
She has made a big enemy and like others, she will pay for those “transgressions”. I pray for her safety.

it was discovered some years ago that in order to enjoy entertainment that one had to SUSPEND ONES DISBELIEF...
it wasnt long after that news reportage went form dry rather matter of fact chronicling of current events to Happy Talk News...and from there... devolved into the sort of rank propaganda we are witnessing today.
no longer willing to examine whats being offered as fact...the mesmerized ENTERTAINED masses..havent the ability to discern fact from fiction.
Amen! And one thing that I really like about her is that I have no clue where her personal politics lie. She's a pro, that's all that matters.

I have a lot of respect for Sharyl Attkisson, in my view she’s a straight shooter. I became aware of her when she started reporting on the corruption of John Murtha, he was not happy with her but she didn’t back off.

They’re starting to understand how they’re trodding over the golden egg. What a mess when millions of idiots suddenly starkly realize *they* are the problem, after they followed the rules, etc. American economic prosperity worked great for both the private and public sector until it didn’t in Sept. 08 and then with the election of zero.

Thanks for the ping. I really like Greta, who actually attempts to do journalism in the era of infotainment. To me, Benghazi remains the biggest scandal (and shame) of any presidential administration in my lifetime. And I don’t believe the whole truth will ever come out, nor do I believe anyone will ever be held accountable.
