This is reminiscent of Lenin's "War Communism". Immediately after Lenin and his Bolsheviks achieved power they went full tilt on putting their idiotic marxist theories into practice. Lo and behold, the Russian economy totally fell apart. To save their positions of power and weather the crisis of civil war and economic collapse, the Bolsheviks relented on many of their pet schemes - until they had securely defeated their opposition. Then the marxist lunacy returned full blast. Obama hiding the most disfunctional, but most beloved of commies, aspects of ObamaCare for a while is the same strategy. All the worst of ObamaCare will be back once, with the help of the GOPe RINOs, the underlying system is securely in place.
