I’ve never made Oyster Stew before.

I was curious and did a little searching - looks like most are made with milk and butter.

Do you use bacon and onionin yours? If not, this one might be a little different (also includes an option for potatoes).

There is nothing that I know of, as an American male, that is not enhanced with adding bacon. Bring on the pork bellies!

Potatoes in oyster stew? Nah....that’s for CLAM CHOWDER...something else I love.

Now a little bit of bacon? I like it.
