I have no faith in any talk that occurs when people should be in church.

Who cares who's on the Sunday talk shows except democrat non religious whom by and large (imo) are part of the de4struction of America.

THOSE are the ones that mindlessly argue against any conservative that may attempt a converstation with them with the hope of engaging relavent thoughts and ideas to get a democrat to see his error.

I have friends, otherwise conservative-ish except they are convinced conservatives (republicans) are big money, big pharma, big government, big _________ and will not allow a logicasl thought of argument to be entered into.

Logic does not have any connection to Democrats’ belief systems. It is a religion with them, and they take all mediacrat pronouncements on faith. That cannot be argued with by using reason.

Hello Knarf.

First, I went to the 4:30 mass yesterday. You remarked that people should be in church on Sunday mornings....that’s not always true so your statement misses the mark.

Second, this is a Sunday talk show thread. It says that plainly on the title on the front page. Obviously, silly us, WE care about who’s on the shows and we talk about it.

Yet you bothered to come on here and grouse? Tell you what, join in on our conversation and enjoy yourself. Being a curmudgeon isn’t flattering on you.

When broadcast TV dominated, those shows might have had some impact on public opinion, as they presented opinions the viewers did not hear every day.

However, now that cable dominates and has a half-dozen 24-hour news channels, the Sunday morning programs have lost their luster.

I have posted many times that the networks use them to decrease the number of religious programs and as filler for the time until the noonish sports programming starts.

They basically have the same audiences week after week, as their viewership ratings seldom change by more than a few thousand each week.

Most shows taped on Saturday. Where are YOU supposed to be?

Catholics have mass on Saturdays and many more on sundays.

I think that monitoring who’s who on Sundays is a worthwhile effort.
