Congrats SC, I imagine you have the cleanest floor in Seattle. Should be a great Super Bowl.

Thanks bray! I’m SOOOO EXCITED!!! Actually, I didn’t do floors and cupboards and the stove today - - did laundry and polished and dusted other things. But my kitchen floor is pretty clean, too ;-)

Organic, doesn’t that mean it was grown with carbon chain molecules(petroleum products)?

I use that bottled clam juice sometimes, and even canned clams, but I can get fresh ones right down the street, lobster too....CHEAP!

The Maine version of the dish Rodguy was talking about is called Lobster Stew......Mmmmmm.

By the way, if you can’t get it clammy or lobstery enough...throw in a little fish sauce.

SMTST, has become a clam chowder cooking thread.

This happens from time to time. Usually my fault.

So...what's cookin'?

The recipe is at least a 100 years old, got it from an old Yankee. I don't like lumpy or thin, watery, clam chowder.

Yes, I am serious. Gates was asked about Hillary as President and he said he didn’t want to tick off Replublicans, but blah blah blah, because he worked with Hitlery...blah blah blah...and she would make a great President.... David Gregory was almost out of his seat he was so giddy.
