Police charged a boy with aggravated assault and related crimes on Saturday in connection with a shooting that wounded two students inside a Philadelphia high school gymnasium, but released a second boy from custody without charging him.
Raisheem Rochwell, 17, was being held on $500,000 bail after he was charged as an adult and arraigned Saturday night, said police spokesman Lt. John Stanford. Stanford said Rochwell turned himself in earlier Saturday.

Good post. I wish people weren’t afraid of a duplicate post here. Doubles and triples are better than no post. Thanks for putting it out there.
Speaking personally, a duplicate post is usually not a problem when the information posted is about a day later since most of us know the ‘search’ function on FR is not one of the most stellar features on this site. When the dupe appears only three or four posts after the original one or even sometimes more within fifteen minutes, then yes it is annoying. Seven or more similar posts within a couple of days, or someone writing the news to their blog from a different news source and then posting their blog here on FR to get hits on their blog and parading it as “news”... No.
I agree. I, as well as a few others, live on the other side of the world and would never see a lot of articles unless someone took the time and posted it without fear of "duplicate posting."
