Many years ago he had his own show on WABC, the James and Joel Show. It was a good listen.

Joel was a disaster. James was excellent.
I really liked that radio show. It was a favorite and I was sorry when he went off the air.
As far as racism goes-— I have eyes, and when I see a person for the first time, I can see black, white, brown, or yellow, as well as male, female, tall, short, fat, skinny, etc,etc. but when the person starts speaking, that is when I see the real person. It is the inner person that is important, not physical appearances.
