but the oil isn’t sprouting from the ground at the site of the terminal, they are still going to have to move it from point A to point B in Canada. Should increase traffic and generate more income for the company.

Girling said they’ll consider building a rail terminal in Hardisty, Alberta where the pipeline would have started. He said he will also consider building an import terminal in Cushing, Oklahoma, site of the biggest U.S. oil storage hub.

Looks like no additional line for this proposal.
