Peshawar, 16 January 2014, I left my 16 years service with KP Police, because now I believe that behavior of KP police is cruel and some police officer making money to kidnap the innocent people. That’s the word of a police head constable Sikander Shah, his brother is in missing person list and on Thursday he along with his brother came to Peshawar high court for case hearing.
According to Sikander shah a police Sub Inspector along with other two police cops start the business of kidnapping the public in his village Batagram Shabqadar , police demand money after the kidnapping and if someone didn’t pay them money then police give the person to security forces and the person become missing.
He said that police officer from Shabqadar police station kidnapped my brother and when I asked the police about my brother crime, police hide my brother and I contact local court, the court also order to register FIR against police officer on kidnapping a citizen, but still the Police head officer didn’t register the FIR because they all are supporting each other.
he further added before that local police of Shabqadar police register the Fake FIR against my brother Qari Rooh Ullah , but in court they didn’t show any evidence against my brother and the court released my brother but now again they target our family. That’s why I left police department.
Its only one story of elder brother of missing person whose attend the case hearing in Peshawar high court , on 16 January 2014 , case of 413 missing persons was in court , senior Judge of Peshawar high Court Justice Faseeh Ul Mulk & Justice Mrs. Irshad Qaiser hear the case of missing person.
Deputy Attorney General Muzamal Khan submit the list in Peshawar High court and said that defense minister gives the list of 18 peoples and these people now in Laki , Kohat and Ghalani interment center , the detail list will be submitted on next case hearing. Two member bench of Peshawar high court order to deputy attorney general to submit the final list on next hearing and case, judges change the next date of hearing that is 26 February 2104.
On Thursday relatives of missing persons including daughter, mother children reached to Peshawar high court, that may be they heard any good news about their missing relative, after the case hearing some relative whose belong to district swat start weeping, because their relatives missing in 2009 during operation, mostly people blame the local police and security forces for missing their son & fathers.
A woman from Malakand division talks with media and said that her two sons missing from Saidu shareef area and she don’t know about the crime of her son. She said that security forces just show me my sons and the crime of my children. If they guilty shoot my children but if not then for God Sake leave my children.
