The Obama administration announced Tuesday that it was again extending the ObamaCare enrollment deadline for people with pre-existing conditions.
The administration said it will extend the Pre-Existing Conditions Insurance Plan (PCIP), slated to end January 31, until March 15.
“As part of our continuing effort to help smooth consumers’ transition into Marketplace coverage, we are allowing those covered by PCIP additional time to shop for new coverage while they receive the ongoing care and treatment they need,” Health and Human Services spokeswoman Joanne Peters said in a statement.
The deadline was originally at the end of December, but last month the administration pushed it back through January because of the problem-plagued HealthCare.gov website.
The new extension is just the latest in a string of unilateral delays the administration has implemented to buy time after the disastrous rollout of HealthCare.gov.
The Obama administration has so far delayed the premium payments deadline, delayed by one week the sign-up date for coverage beginning Jan. 1, pushed back by six weeks the sign-up date for those seeking coverage by April 1, and delayed the second-year enrollment period until after the 2014 elections....

To be correct, it should read: “As part of our continuing effort to cover up our massive stupidity and possible fatal mistakes..,...”

With all of Obama’s delays, waivers, etc. to Obamacare, he is, bit by bit, piece by piece, repealing the very law that he fought so hard to pass. Of course none of this is legal, because he is doing it all without approval from Congress.
I own a medium sized business that currently employs 83 people. I simply cannot afford health care for my employees and remain solvent, so this year, I will be cutting my work force down, and will be reducing a large chunk of my employees to part time status.
I take pride in knowing that I have quietly identified the Obama people in the ranks. Those will be the first to get their hours cut to 29 a week.
The new rules are going to hurt me, but they're going to hurt these libs a lot more!!

Why would anyone with a preexisting condition sign up now for ObamaCare? According to the information I received the maximum amount allowed per year is $45,000 - then that person is on his/her own to come up with the balance.
$45,000 doesn’t go very far when it comes to prexisting conditions. Also the premiums are now double what they were on the CHIP program with 3X higher deductibles.
I didn’t know about the cap, but I did hear that the medications that are necessary for pre-existing conditions are terribly expensive, about 300% increase over what they were used to paying. For some pre-existing conditions, the medications are what costs so much, once the diagnosis is made.
I am thankful that the LORD healed me of my pre-existing condition. I am healed by the blood of the Lamb.
This is a back door scheme to kill off people with pre-existing condidtions. The administration knows that sick people cannot afford higher premiums, higher deductibles, higher medications.

The game plan is to enroll ‘expensive’ people with pre-existing conditions, then bring their ‘plight’ to the attention of the media to force young people to sign up before the ‘expensive’ peoples’ premiums rise even higher.
It sounds like the ***hole libs have turned ObamaCare into one of their “living and breathing” laws of the land. The law says whatever the Fuhrer says that it says.
