A panel that size won’t run a TV of the size in the shelter. It’ll consume more than it can create. So, you might get 1-2 hours of tv, but nothing else. and back in the dark you go.
I don’t disagree with the shelter at all, but a TV of that size is just for show in the photos. Most of us would probably use a much smaller one.
I know our back up TV is 12 volts. It can be run directly off a car battery or solar panel :)
