Many have commented that what Chris Christie has done wreaks of Clinton (Hillary and Bill) as well as Obama and Jimmy Carter in terms of this being done as political retribution (closes the lanes to spite the mayor of Fort Lee, NJ)

Christie is finished. Clinton and Obama have set a very low standard but people still expect Republicans to act as adults.

Think carefully, MSM. If you destroy Fat Bass Turd now, who will you support for the GOP nomination?

Oh. Right. Jeb Bush.

The next time that a person wants to seek revenge on their political opponents, it’d be best to avoid doing it via e-mail.

Christie’s aide, whether he was doing this with Christie’s knowledge/consent or not, should have either made a phone call or personally stopped by the NJ Dept of Transportation to have arranged this.

I am no Christie fan by any stretch of the imagination but isn’t the timing suspect? Bury the Robert Gates story?

If Christie is the best the GOP can come up with, they’re done.

I am by no means a Christie apologist. I have publicly stated that I would never vote for this RINO, but how is closing a bridge to punish your political opponent ex post facto of an election!, worse, than siccing the IRS on your political opponents prior to an election in order to affect the outcome?

All this rage at Christie, yet Obama and the IRS? Oh, pass.

Unbelievable.

Christie should stick to more conventional means when it comes to harassing political opponents, like sicking the IRS on them.

AKA I’m coming on television to lie and talk about how you all are,”misunderstanding” and, “taking it out of context.” Thereby, of course, making it our fault.

my my my... and now the MSM perks up and starts doing it’s job.. where they been for the past 5 years?

look for them to break all kinds of stories like this, for all candidates on the right, meanwhile continuing to ignore Benghazi, IRS scandal, Fast and Furious, etc.

Hillary will be hoisted on her but to the clouds, as woman/god......
