It seems that no matter what is done to assist africa -it is never enough, never works or is squandered by thugs. Turn it into a giant game park and get rid of the people! It is a waste of time and money.

It is a waste of time and money. Westerners who have spent a lot of time in Africa have a phrase, "Africa wins again", regarding how plans inevitably seem to get screwed up.
