The Democrats blame everyone else for their failures. The Tea Party is just the latest target.

The problem in this country is that we’re not following the Constitution as it’s written right now. Our government isn’t even following the very laws it itself passes (see Obamacare.)

What good will a Constitutional Convention do if the same old politicians who are in charge and don’t care right now are in charge and don’t care after?

You have no way of punishing them. And if they’ll ignore laws they don’t like, why would you expect them to follow election laws?

We have a real, serious problem.

I know presently it’s the only solution we have. But I don’t think it’s going to work.

I’ve been wrong before though. And I hope to GOD I’m wrong now...

You haven't read Mark's proposed amendments. They are structural changes that de-consolidate power in Washington DC.

What good will a Constitutional Convention do

It's not a Constitutional Convention. It's a convention of the states to propose amendments to the Constitution. There's a big difference.
