We have a Constitutional Convention right now. It is ongoing, taking place in Congress. And it is illegal and unconstitutional.
And every time the Supreme Court meets we have a Constitutional Convention. And every time Obama issues more executive orders we have a constitutional convention. And every time his executive departmetns and agencies issue more administrative law and regualtions, we have a constitutional convention!
THE SYSTEM IS OFFICIALLY OUT OF CONTROL. Only an Article V. process can even BEGIN to deal with it.
