It is true that Enzi is only 76 on the Heritage scorecard, but the average Republican on their scale is 67, so it isn’t as bad as it sounds. For comparison Jason Chafetz is a 78, Jeff Sessions is 79. Shelby and Toomey are also at 76, Vitter is a 75.

I’m not talking about the Heritage scorecard. I’m talking about his average across the four (or three) conservative rating agencies. Average them out and his conservative rating is closing in on 75%.
And you’re right about the others being around Enzi’s voting record. But those others aren’t up for reelection next year are they. We can replace Enzi with a far more conservative candidate this year if somebody would step up to the plate. 18 years in the senate and a solid vote for Mitch McConnell. No thanks!
