One left wing judge should not have the authority to overturn the will of the people of an entire state. I agree - but tell that to California (Proposition 8 shutdown by a 'homosexual' judge -- no conflict of interest there). Hopefully things will fare better for the Utah folks. Presumably they don't also have a left-wing Attorney General and Governor running interference.
