No, if I understand correctly, this is an act of the Rat & RINO legislature and the Governor.
A case was being heard before the Supreme Court involving someone who wanted to be sworn in as a lawyer, but who is an illegal alien. Once the law passed and was signed and went inot effect on Jan.1, the CSC had no choice but to obey the law and swear him in.
Now, someone has to file suit against the State to overturn the law as unconsitutional. THEN the CSC can hear the issue on its merits.
To be honest, I have no idea about that.
And for the record it’s a shame so many coming north are exploited by big biz...They shouldn’t be coming up north illegally but the majority do so in an honorable manner, ie; work hard, respect law, get along bla bla....The beat goes on.
