Americans who have been (intentionally) dumbed down for generations have no clue that the people run the government here, not the other way around. This is the perfect opportunity to make that point crystal clear.

Americans have been dumbed down..

And that's why Obamacare will succeed. A manufactured need for insurance, such as a swine flu epidemic or whatever, will scare people into wanting the insurance becasue a quarantine or medications or whatever would be so expensive. Most will cave when it's in their own perceived best interests.

I think the issue is bigger than insurance. I question if using medical care is a wise decision anymore.
