That one's actually true; I have a friend who's lactose intolerant while he's here in the states, but when he went to Mongolia and had unpasteurized milk-stuffs he handled it just fine. Also, my great-grandpa was a milk-truck driver during the time that pasteurization became mandated for milk and he said that there was a huge jump in illnesses (and, I think, allergies).
